Welcome to Wyndarra's Rooms
Wyndarra's rooms cater to a wide range of pre-schoolers, from six (6) weeks to six (6) years of age.
At Wyndarra Children’s Centre, we believe children will learn through play, educators will provide open-ended play experiences and engage with the child to provoke thinking and investigating. Our key learning play areas include: dramatic play, tinkering, sensory, construction, reading, collage, literacy resources, numeracy resources, painting/drawing, construction, carpentry, climbing, science and nature. The stage of the children’s development would be considered in each learning environment within the centre.

Babies and Toddlers
The children’s play spaces will have lots of natural materials. The priorities for the babies and toddler learning play areas are relationships and attachments. Wyndarra ensures we offer consistent carers, primary attachment figures, cuddling and flexible programs. Our babies and toddler environment will have many types of sensory experiences. There will be opportunities to develop independence but the children will still have lots of nurturing and cuddling.
Pre-Kinder, Junior Kinder, Kinder Red and Kinder Blue
At Wyndarra, our older rooms will reflect the ideas, interest, strength and needs of the children within the room. It will allow children the chance to self-regulate, learn responsibility and work alongside others. Experiences are presented in an inviting manner that helps to attract and engage children in their open learning play environments. Our learning areas set children up to succeed not to fail.
