Overview: Bluebell Room
Wyndarra’s Bluebell room caters for children from approximately 24 months up to three (3) years of age. (All programs are based on individual groups of children not ages.)
The play room has a large wet area to allow for many different activities such as messy art, creative play and sensory experiences and small carpet mats to create small group learning environments to enhance learning for each individual child.
The room is set up to allow the children to have group interactions as well as individual play spaces. Educators will seek information from families about your child’s strengths, ideas, abilities and interests. This is the foundation or our child catered educational program. As the children participate in the program, they will develop interests and build their identities, educators will engage and support children in learning. You will notice multiple materials on offer for the children as children at this stage in their development don’t understand how to share.
The Bluebell children have a large play yard which they share with the Gumnut children (all children under the age of three). The yard has large area for table activities, a bark area for the climbing equipment, a concrete area for the bikes and scooters and a large sandpit.
Our gardens are well developed providing beautiful shady play spaces and a natural learning environment for the children to discover and explore.
Room Ratio one (1) staff per four (4) children.
